We have a number of routes for pricing work from a cost per item through to a cost per house as outlined below.We are always very conscious to keep costs as low as possible so can advise you on the most suitable method based on the nature of the work required.

Price per room
We can base our price on a cost per room throughout your house.
Price per house
We are happy to beat any other quote and the most common method is a price per house.
Price per item
We also price per item and will create you a full inventory with associated costs.
